Arrive Male International Airport where you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your public ferry transfer to your local island in North Male Atoll. The ferry operates every day excluding FRIDAY and leaves Male in the afternoon taking three hours to journey across the Indian Ocean to Dhiffushi. View the beauty of the many Maldives islands that pass you by, keeping your eyes open for dolphins. Sit alongside the fruit and vegetables, mattresses and electrical items that have been purchased that day and chat with the locals. Upon arrival at your guest house experience traditional ‘hedikaa’ – Maldivian savoury and sweet short eats served with black tea at a local cafe.

A traditional Maldives breakfast is taken at the home of a local family. Following breakfast the morning will be spent exploring the island and discovering how the locals live. The afternoon is yours to relax on the white sand beach. For those feeling a little more energetic, take advantage of the many water sport options available including snorkeling and diving. Dinner this evening will be taken Robinson Crusoe style on the beach (subject to weather conditions).

On Day 3, enjoy a free morning where you can make the most of the beautiful beach. Then, head out mid-afternoon by speedboat to enjoy a 90 minute guided snorkeling trip to nearby reefs to discover the underwater world of the Maldives. Take in the sunset from a nearby sandbank before returning to Dhiffushi.

Following an early breakfast in Dhiffushi on Day 4 you will transfer by early morning public ferry to Male and on to Male International Airport or your onward destination.
